Privacy Policy

1. Service Agreement: By engaging with Marko. (the "Designer"), you agree to these terms and conditions. The Designer will provide graphic, visual, digital design services as agreed upon in writing, including but not limited to logos, branding, website graphics, digital UX/UI, app design, and marketing materials.

2. Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Revisions: The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra charges.

4. Copyright and Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final artwork for its intended use. The Designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, and project details.

6. Project Timelines: Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in the project agreement. The client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure the project stays on schedule.

7. Termination: Either party has the right to terminate the project in writing if the other party breaches any material obligation. The client will be responsible for payment for services provided up to the termination date.

8. Liability: The Designer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from services provided or for any delay in the completion of the project. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Designer harmless against any claims or liabilities.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and EU.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK and EU.
